Of all the available TNF products, my favourite has to be the North Face Surge. It has a special backsaver technology which, in my opinion, makes it the most comfy backpack I have ever used.
I use mine for day-to-day business which is what I think it is most suited to. The North Face Surge has a compartment for your laptop, along with another main compartment and various side pockets. The shoulder straps are very soft and you could carry a heavy weight for a long time without feeling uncomfortable.
Well worth the money!
